Eton Medical responds to customers in search of medical service by connecting them to medical service providers. This Medical Service providers shall issue an offer to Eton Medicals and we will share with the customer.

Once the customer accepts the offer, Customers are expected to pay a percentage of the fee as Eton Medical Ltd service fee. The payment of the Eton Service is classified as a security payment, necessary to reserve and maintain your desired treatment date with the Clinics. The Service Fee will be acknowledged by our Clinics as Booking security and deducted from the final treatment price presented in your booking confirmation.

A valid credit card number, expiration date, and card security code is required for all services rendered on the Eton Medical Ltd Store. If we are unable to charge the full cost of your purchase to the credit card you provide, we may cancel your order or request an alternate form of payment. Eton Medical’s designated credit card processor will collect your credit card information and related personal information for its use in processing your payment for the services ordered by you. Any complaints or grievances regarding the processing of your payment should be addressed to Eton Medical Ltd at contact@etonmedical.com. You understand that the prices for our services may be changed from time to time.

If you enroll to make recurring payments automatically, all charges and fees will be billed to the credit card you designate during the setup process. If you want to designate a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card, you must change your information online. You represent and warrant that if you are making online payments that:

CANCELLATION OF ORDER AND REFUND POLICY

The Service fee is non-refundable. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of paying the service fee without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you paid the service fee.

Any refunds or credits due to Your request are only valid if one of the following:

• All refund shall be paid into your choice originating bank as confirmed and provided by you.
• You are solely responsible for all charges and applicable fees (including any fees assessed by the bank) associated with the requested refund from Eton Medical Limited to your confirmed bank.
• Treatment can be re-booked within 12 months of the date the service fee received by Eton Medical. However, there is a re-booking fee which is 10% of the total consultation or treatment fee or £ 250 (equivalent in other currencies) whichever is lesser.
• Rebooking medical consultation and treatments are at the discretion of Eton Medical .

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree that you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eton Medical Ltd from and against any damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) against or incurred by Eton Medical Ltd arising out of a claim by a third party relating to your breach of these Terms of Use or applicable law, User-Generated Content and any other materials you post or allow to be posted to the Site, your use or access of the Site, access of this Site by anyone using your user ID and password, or any other actions taken by you on the Site.
